1Poker ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

1Poker is designed with privacy in mind. All data you enter into the app, including:

• Session records (buy-ins, cash-outs, duration)
• Hand histories
• Player notes
• Statistics and preferences

is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

1Poker offers an optional iCloud sync feature that you can enable in the app's settings. When iCloud sync is enabled:

• Your app data is stored on Apple's iCloud servers in addition to your device
• Data is synced across your devices signed into the same Apple ID
• Apple manages iCloud data according to their Privacy Policy
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app's settings
• We do not have access to your iCloud data

iCloud sync is disabled by default. When disabled, all data remains stored locally on your device only.

Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage mechanisms. Your data remains on your device and is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).

If you delete the app, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted. If iCloud sync is enabled, data may persist in your iCloud account until you remove it.

Data Sharing

The app includes a hand sharing feature that allows you to share hand histories via a URL link. When you choose to share a hand:

• The hand data is encoded into the URL itself
• No data is uploaded to any server
• You control who receives the shared link
• Recipients can view the hand in their copy of the app

Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or any other telemetry.

Third-Party Services

1Poker does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. Apart from the optional iCloud sync feature, the app functions entirely offline and does not require an internet connection.

Children's Privacy

1Poker is not directed at children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
